Work Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday. Two additional 4‑hour shifts on flexible days.

About the Program: The Activities Coordinator, also titled the Active Life Coordinator, is a valuable member of our Petals Memory Care Program which provides our residents with supportive and person-centered social connections to inspire joy, meaningful interactions, and life fulfillment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Play a meaningful role in developing and executing activities which help our residents thrive. Some examples of activities include exercise classes, creative arts, culinary creations, social interactions, personal engagements, off‑site excursions, etc.
• Assist residents with activities of their choice which may include group activities and/or personal engagements.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

• A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions
  
  Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families
• Previous experience working with seniors and/or experience in memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
