Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000

The Supply Chain Manager owns end-to-end material flow from suppliers through manufacturing and into construction job sites. This role leads purchasing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving, with a clear focus on on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and working capital.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving systems, leading teams, and partnering closely with operations and production.

• Lead purchasing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving functions
• Manage and develop a team across materials, warehouse, and logistics
• Own supplier selection, negotiations, performance metrics, and issue resolution
• Improve inventory accuracy, turns, and material availability
• Coordinate material flow to manufacturing and construction job sites
• Partner with production, project management, and finance
• Establish KPIs, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Use ERP/MRP systems to support planning, purchasing, and inventory control

• 5+ years in supply chain, materials, or operations leadership (manufacturing)
• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and logistics
• ERP/MRP experience (implementation or optimization a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

• Full ownership of the supply chain function
