The Career:

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for leading the inventory control process to ensure the accuracy of the physical inventory and leading the receiving team to ensure accurate and efficient receipt of all inbound shipments.

You’ll support the Area Manager, and your success in this role will depend on your ability to manage all inbound and outbound operations orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

What You Will do:
  • Manage all inbound and outbound operational orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee the receipt and routing of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments and maintain an organized, efficient loading dock.
  • Respond promptly to the light dispatch system to support operational flow.
  • Accurately store received materials in designated locations and execute quality sampling procedures per company standards.
  • Support management in leading area daily operations as needed.
  • Review and reconcile cycle count histories, initiating recounts or searches to resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and complete open inventory transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Lead weekly cycle count meetings, reporting on reactive and proactive activities and overall inventory health.
  • Analyze inventory variances and recommend training or process improvements to address root causes.
  • Direct and conduct daily cycle count activities, including reactive counts in response to discrepancies, and communicate findings.
  • Support inventory control projects and initiates as assigned.
The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience and/or training in receiving, inventory control, or cycle counting; 4+ years’ experience preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Person people want to work with.
  • Demonstrated basic math, reading and English communication skills.
  • Must be available and open to the idea of cross training + learning.
  • Demonstrable strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of quickly training and becoming proficient with ERP system (Syteline).
  • Ability to work with a diverse team.
  • Verified personal and professional values aligning with QA1.
