Senior Manager, Corporate Sanitation

• Develop and implement sanitation standards for dry cleaning operations across multiple facilities
• Lead sanitation initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Quality & Food Safety, Engineering, Procurement, and vendors
• Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement in sanitation effectiveness
• Conduct audits to assess sanitation systems and identify improvement opportunities
• Support and coach plant sanitation managers and supervisors to enhance operational practices

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sanitation leadership
• Deep knowledge of dry sanitation protocols, allergen control, pest management, and sanitary design
• Familiarity with FDA, USDA, HACCP, HARPC, and environmental monitoring programs
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• HACCP/PCQI certification preferred
• Experience with CIP systems and sanitation chemical cost controls
