• Develop and implement industry-leading sanitation standards across multiple sites
• Lead sanitation initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Quality & Food Safety, Engineering, and Procurement teams
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of key sanitation metrics
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify sanitation system opportunities
• Support and coach plant sanitation managers and supervisors

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sanitation leadership
• Deep knowledge of dry sanitation protocols, allergen control, pest management, and sanitary design
• Familiarity with FDA, USDA, HACCP, HARPC, and environmental monitoring programs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• HACCP/PCQI certification preferred
• Experience with CIP systems and sanitation chemical cost controls
