Position

Fee for Service RN. Schedule is based on availability and your schedule. No night shifts or forced long hours.

Work closely with patients and families to educate them and prevent hospitalizations.

Focus on long‑term recovery and improving quality of life for patients.

Use professional autonomy and office support when needed.

• NYS RN License
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent clinical skills
• Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, printing and scanning)
• Home Care (CHHA) experience (required)

• Accrued sick time
