Henderson Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Oakdale, MN under RN supervision. You will administer prescribed treatments, manage wounds, administer medications, monitor vital signs, educate patients and families, supervise Home Health Aides, and maintain thorough medical documentation while traveling across the assigned territory.
Candidates must have a practical nursing credential, be licensed in Minnesota, and maintain CPR
