Quality Assurance Technician Manufacturing – Quality Assurance Technician

Our QA Techs are responsible for appraising quality problems and recommending and implementing corrective actions based on analysis of statistical data. QA Techs conduct statistical studies on processes, and work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering and factory managers to develop methods to achieve quality goals.
Hearth & Home Technologies believes in the power of Lean Manufacturing. Our QA Techs work within a team-driven environment to assess quality problems and recommend corrective actions to ensure manufacturing goes smoothly.
Duties:- Monitor production quality through finished goods audits
- Monitor incoming purchased parts through inspection and testing
- Conduct audits at a specific frequency to maintain UL compliance
- Perform process and product audits of in-process production
- Monitor New Product Introductions and conduct quality audits, testing and documentation review.
