This is a full‑time role for an Outside Sales Representative, based in South Eastern WI and Northern IL. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, identifying opportunities for new business development, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, as well as collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals and growth targets.

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to articulate product benefits and solutions effectively
• Strong skills in Relationship Building and fostering long‑term partnerships with clients
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in New Business Development, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently
• Experience in the plumbing, mechanical, industrial or water works markets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to travel the territory as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
