Role:
Territory Account Specialist supporting key healthcare accounts within an assigned geography through field-based and remote engagement. Objectives: build strategic account relationships, address customer challenges, drive product demand, and improve patient outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or related sectors with complex sales
- proven success in large account management
- strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Senior levels require 5+ or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- experience with therapeutic areas
- market access
- reimbursement pathways
- specialty products
- focus on specialty healthcare, account-based selling, and omni-channel engagement; role is fully field-based with potential digital tools deployment.
- ability to travel 60-80%
- valid driver’s license
- residence within or near the territory.
