Regional Sales Manager role .Youwillownyourterritoryendtoend - fromprospectingandqualifyingnewdealers,throughtorunningstructureddiscoverymeetings,buildingjointdemandplans,executing the
Attach2onboardingsequence,andmanagingongoingdealerrelationshipstogrowrevenue.
ThisroleisNOTforsomeonewhowantstodothingstheirownway.
Wehaveadefinedsalesprocess,astructuredplaybook,anda
10-stagescorecardsystem.
Weexpectittobefollowedwithdiscipline.
Youwillbecoachedagainstit.
Yourpipelinewillbereviewedagainstit.
Yourresultswillbemeasuredagainstit.
