About the Role
Meridian Blue Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with proven attention to detail who takes pride in workmanship. The Civil Foreman is responsible for leading a wireless telecom construction team through all stages of civil construction on raw land or existing cell sites, reading plans, and building a bill of materials with forethought of potential issues during the build‑out process.
The applicant will have the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully lay out a site and install tower foundations, tie and place rebar cages per specifications, install equipment shelter foundations with footings or raised piers, generator slabs, finish exposed concrete, and tower road constructions including finished grade, fabric, and culverts.
- Pay is $27–34/hr, negotiable based on experience.

- Provide leadership to identify key success factors for civil crews.
- Safely operate heavy equipment including skid loaders, excavators, etc.
- Direct activities of crew and assist for electrical, civil, and structural construction.
- Read and redline engineering drawings.
- Install radio equipment, power plants and batteries (indoor/outdoor sites).
- General telecommunications civil construction experience.
- Work on and around electrical components (DC circuit wiring, conduit, cabling, grounding).
- Perform form setting and layout.
- Work independently under limited supervision while supervising 2–3 co‑workers.
- Good organizational and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Responsible for a company‑provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times.
- Operate excavation equipment.
- Complete daily reports, JSAs, timesheets, and other administrative duties.
- Climb a ladder.
- Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
- Bend, lift, twist, squat, kneel, and sit for extended periods.
- Reach, climb, or grasp ladders or other tall structures.
- Operate truck/heavy machinery.
- Distinguish basic colors and operate power/hand tools, read documents & maps in English.
- Perform a variety of labor‑intensive tasks, operate power and hand tools.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
- 5–7 years of wireless telecom civil division field supervision.
- CDL Class A Driver’s License.
- Experience working on and around electrical components.
- Understanding of wireless telecom construction (rooftop and ground sites).

- Pass a background check, DOT physical, and comply with company drug testing policy.
- Pass and maintain CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Radiation Safety Awareness, Competent Climber Certificates.
- Minnesota/Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate within 30 days of hire.
