Job Title: Painter / Drywall Laborer – Entry Level
Location: Dakota & Scott County Areas – Metro (Assigned Near Your Home When Possible)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Position Overview:
We are seeking entry-level candidates to join a growing team of residential painters and drywall repair professionals. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, traveling locally, and being part of a dependable, hard‑working crew.

• Assist with painting and spray painting residential homes

• Perform basic drywall repairs

• Occasionally lift and haul drywall into residential units

• Use hand tools and basic painting equipment

• Drive your own vehicle from site to site (you’ll be reimbursed for mileage)

• No prior experience required – just a good attitude and willingness to learn

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (typically paint or light drywall)

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand throughout the workday

• Dependable and punctual

• Able to travel locally to job sites in the Dakota and Scott County areas

• Willing to work in both interior and exterior residential environments

• Mileage reimbursement between job sites

• You’ll be assigned to job locations near your home when possible

• On‑the‑job training provided
