As a Warehouse Manager, you are accountable for the supervision of Warehouse teams, inventory materials, tools, supplies and ultimately responsible for ensuring field crews have what they need.

• Order, receive and track inventory of gas fittings and materials
• Supervise the activities of warehouse staff (assistants, workers, supervisor)
• Purchase, receive, and warehouse materials, tools and equipment
• Interface with field crews to make sure they have the materials and tools they need
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of managing a team with proven ability to foster a positive work environment
• Proficient skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Windows
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

• Work is performed in a typical warehouse environment and an outdoor construction yard
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Minnesota to conduct inventory audits, warehouse assessments, and field training activities
• Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
