Vary between Monday – Friday, 7am – 7pm
Full Time
Starting Salary: $18–$25 per hour based on experience
Entry-level position

- Complete patient intake process, including data entry
- Perform insurance verification, pre‑authorization, and review benefits with patients
- Collect copays and perform daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits
- Manage front office operations at outpatient centers
- Support therapists and therapy assistants
- Travel to multiple clinics as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and callers
- High school diploma or GED required
- Organized, adaptable, able to work well with others or independently
- Travel to other locations required
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of insurance verification
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or dental office administration
