Base pay range

Registered Nurse with a focus on wound care and infusions in a home health setting. The pay is $100,000 - $133,000 per year. Full‑time with an expectation of 30 productivity points per week. Clinicians are paid per point and can earn additional pay by performing more than 30 points per week.

• Comprehensive assessments in the patient's home, including scheduling, documentation through Homecare Homebase, and care plan development.
• Perform wound care, issue infusions, and administer medications prescribed by the physician.
• Maintain ongoing communication with physician, care team, patient, family, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Supervise nursing clinical care team members (LVN and HHA).
• Participate in case conferences and in‑services.

• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet timelines.
• Professional appearance and effective communication.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current Texas driver’s license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase preferred).
• Competency to perform skilled procedures within the scope of the RN practice act.
