$17.00/hr - $18.75/hr

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department.

Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

• 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
• 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
• 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
• 50% discount on food items per working shift.
• 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.

• Operate POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes, lend out facility and/or equipment (karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong).
• Under the direction of Bowling Management, promote and conduct marketing events such as Moon Light Strike game.
• Reset and clean the facility once customers are done using them. (Lanes, Karaoke rooms, billiard tables, ping pong and dart areas).
• Conduct and manage lane maintenance and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, and other bowling related equipment.
• Check conditions of all equipment and conduct generic maintenance and repair.
• Conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Opening and closing cash tills and organizing membership/game cards and coupons.
• Provide customers with bowling tips and techniques.
• Answer phone calls for all general inquiries.
• Conduct sales.
• Conduct inventory procedure in accordance with company guidelines.
• Conduct lane maintenance in accordance with company guidelines.
• Conduct restroom checks and cleaning.
• Reset, clean and maintain shoes in the auto shoeser and also conduct laundry of rags.
• Respond with courteous, polite and friendly manner to customers’ requests.
• Assist with party reservations and hosting parties/events.

• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
• Comply and maintain the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
