Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile and create emotional connections with guests

* Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically

* Multitask quickly and thoroughly

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and values

* Communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Work on your feet for extended periods

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Cheerful, customer service-oriented attitude

* Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and in a team

* Willingness to work a flexible schedule

* Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly

* Capable of standing for long periods
