Merchandiser - Floral – Falcon Farms

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser, helping bring color and joy to our customers through beautiful floral arrangements. Your role will focus on ensuring our flowers are showcased effectively at multiple store locations.

Various locations within your designated territory.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 am to 11:30 am;
  Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with the supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support stores during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Assist teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during the peak season (November to May).
