Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Tax Senior – Flow-through Focus: work with flow-through entities (S-Corps, partnerships) with a focus on quality and ownership over clients rather than intensive overtime.
• Engage in interesting flow-through work without payroll or bookkeeping distractions.
• Partner with a team of professionals who value your time and provide a supportive environment.
• Contribute to a culture where partners know your name and your time is respected.

• Busy season is capped at around 55 hours.
• Twice-yearly profit sharing (around 10% of profits) in addition to competitive pay.
• A culture where you have opportunities for leadership without excessive hierarchy.

As a Senior, you’ll deepen technical skills and gain more client ownership. Progression is clear and leadership opportunities are available if you want them, along with stability and balance.

Experienced, selective, and balanced. The team (about 30 people) operates as a close-knit group rather than a corporate machine.
