• Prepare individual tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with clients
• Stay current with tax regulations and apply them appropriately
• Collaborate with team members in a professional setting

• A minimum of 2+ seasons of tax preparation experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or retail is a plus
