What You’ll DoAs an Automotive Detailer, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning and detailing services for a wide range of vehicles. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the presentation of our dealership inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complete interior and exterior detailing for all vehicle makes and models
- Clean, wax, polish, and refurbish both new and collision-damaged vehicles
- Ensure vehicles meet the highest quality standards before delivery or display
- Follow specific customer requirements with precision
- Maintain and operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any vehicle damage promptly to management
- Keep the detail bay clean and organized daily
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines
- Uphold dealership standards and safety protocols
- Complete opening/closing duties as assigned per shift schedule
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years in a service or detail shop environment
- 1 year of automotive detailing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Valid state driver’s license required
- Ability to drive and manage various vehicle types
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
