Automotive Technician

Wenco Industries Inc., a family‑owned automotive services company founded in 1975, is seeking a skilled automotive technician to work at one of our Midas or Big O Tires locations.

Hourly or flat rate, whichever is greater. $19.00 - $25.00 per hour.

• Use shop equipment such as lifts, welders, and diagnostic equipment confidently and safely.
• Expertly diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Understand how complex vehicle components work and interact.
• Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and major components.
• Repair automobiles and light trucks that operate on multiple fuel sources.
• Adapt to rapidly changing automotive technologies and diagnostics.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards for maintenance/repair facilities.
• Lead or train less qualified technicians as needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
