Customer Service Associate; Family Entertainment Center

Round One Entertainment is hiring for multiple departments for our new location at Colorado Mills in Lakewood, CO (opening early November)!

• Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
• Wage: $17-18.75 per hour
• Store hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
• Shifts:
  
  This is a high paced work environment with our peak hours from 5 pm - 2 am and weekends. The majority of scheduled hours will be nights or weekends.

Whether you're helping guests at the game counter, maintaining a clean environment, or keeping our games in top shape, every role plays a part in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

• Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.
• Maintain arcade and redemption inventory.
• Keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.

• Operates POS register for food and drinks (includes bar register when directed).
• Prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company.
• Resets and bus the food court seating area.
• Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils.
• Conducts all opening and closing procedures. (Opens and closes cash tills, kitchen cleaning, etc.).
• Manages food and beverage inventory including plates, cups, and utensils by the store’s policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers.
• Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags.

• Keep the entire store clean including restrooms, furniture, and arcade areas.
• Use cleaning equipment properly and safely.
• Launder cleaning rags, wash windows, and follow MSDS protocols.
• Assist the Facilities team with cleaning needs.

• Maintain and repair bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Keep workshop areas organized and clean.
• May assist with installations or support other store locations when needed.

• 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
• 50% discount on food items per working shift.
• 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.

Fast-paced arcade environment with loud noise, bright lights, and high guest traffic.

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, reaching, and continuous movement.
• Lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
