About The Role

Provide financial support and analysis on regional results, forecasts, and plans. Compile timely reports and analyses to assist business leaders in making informed decisions. Collaborate with other functions to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data. Work with corporate group to ensure reported results, forecasts, and plans are accurate and variance communicated. Focus on cost accounting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Demonstrate commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies.
• Review and analyze regional financial results and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in all financial planning activities with respect to monthly forecast and mid‑term plan, focusing on costing and cost accounting.
• Analyze financial plan data to identify potential risks/opportunities and present findings with proposed actions to senior management.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual performance versus forecast and budget to management and prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and recommendations.
• Perform special projects and analysis as directed and reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Maintain work‑in‑process schedules and manage accuracy of sub‑ledgers.
• Analyze complex financial scenarios to provide detailed insight into business drivers and potential value‑creation opportunities, gathering and interpreting data from marketing, logistics, manufacturing, and system (SAP).
• Perform financial modeling and quantitative analysis of information.
• Represent finance on cross‑functional/regional projects and initiatives; support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Education:
  
  Bachelor degree;
• Additional Education Preferred:
  Master degree;
• Field of Study Preferred:
  Accountancy or Finance;
• Required
  
  Work Experience:
  
  3 years working in finance and/or accounting;
• Licenses Preferred: CPA/CFA/CMA (a plus);
• Required Computer and Software Skills: MS Office, Google Suite, SAP, BPC.

Additional Requirements

• Analysis experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; prior experience in aggregates & construction materials environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved PPE, including respirators; maintain clean shaven face for respirator fit tests.
