E.A. Buck Financial Services in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Lead Advisor to join our team. In this role you will meet one‑on‑one with company leads from seminars, our robust marketing engine that includes TV and digital leads and referrals, as well as existing clients.

• College degree preferred
• 2+ years of financial service experience
• Series 66 or 65 and Life and Health certifications required
• Experience selling AUM, annuities and life products
• Ability to bring a small book of business
• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM preferred

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
• Assist clients with annuities, life, long‑term care, and managed money
• Provide financial planning advice on investment, insurance, and retirement
• Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
• Meet individual and team goals
