Member Service Representative; Part Time - Lakewood

Overview

To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by Navy Federal Credit Union including depository accounts such check saving certificate IRA revocable trust estate accounts lending products credit debit card. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision while developing confidence independence in role.

• Provide basic counseling on available products and services to meet memberэзід needs.

Assist members opening maintaining deposit accounts loans other financial products. l>

Research resolve basic account discrepancies service requests. l>

Identify opportunities cross serve products enhance member relationships through education. l>

Understand comply all relevant federal institutional regulations related with financial products services. l>

Share knowledge best practices as experience grows. l>

Ensure cash instruments handled properly secure. l>

Process routineವTransactions including deposit withdrawals loan payments check cashing. l>

Perform other duties assigned.
