Premier ABA Provider for Children with Autism. If you are a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) earning supervision hours, we invite you to join our Rising Stars program as a Behavior Analyst in Training (BAIT).

Pay: $24.00/hr – $30.00/hr based on experience and supervision hour completion. Potential wage increases every 6 months.

What you will be doing:

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Complete all restricted hours.
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shape the minds of children ages 18 months to 8 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
