RN DIRECTOR CLINICAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

5+ to 7 years experience

The Director of Clinical Quality Improvement (DCQI), a key member of the hospital management team, is responsible for the overall hospital quality and performance improvement, as well as monitoring organizational outcomes. This position ensures the provision of differentiated quality and safety, patient-focused, outcomes-based, and cost-effective care within the hospital setting.

Qualifications:

  • A Registered Professional Nurse (RN) degree, with experience in quality/performance improvement, case management, or related areas.
  • Alternatively, a degree in a health-related field (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate) with at least 5 years of relevant hospital management experience.
  • Other allied health professionals with extensive hospital experience (>7 years) or pertinent credentials will also be considered.
