• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring safety and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
• Document patient care accurately and completely.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Home Health Aide or related caregiving role.
• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.
• Strong compassion, empathy, and genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Patience, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
