As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement. You’ll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child’s success.
Key Responsibilities- Implement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
- Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior
- Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Participate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members
- Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire
- Patience, energy, and a genuine interest in working with children
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, standing)
- Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies
- Background check, drug test, and professional references

Pay Range:- $21.00/hour BT without certification
- $22.00/hour if less than 1-year experience with RBT credential.
- $23.50/hour for 1 to 2 years experience with RBT credential.
- $25.00/hour for 3 to 4 years experience with RBT credential.
- $26.50/hour for over 5 years experience with RBT credential.
