In House Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. This role is crucial in ensuring that we bring on board professionals who fit our company culture and contribute significantly to our industry.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
• Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to source potential candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process continuously.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR softwares.
