Entry-Level Project Manager

Overview

Epic is hiring an Entry-Level Project Manager
. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. No software experience is required. You will travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) to lead software installations and support go-live for healthcare organizations. Join our Project Management team to drive impactful projects that improve patient care.

• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) as part of a team that leads software installations.
• Ensure project success and contribute to ongoing improvements within healthcare organizations.

• Bachelor s degree or greater (any major).
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days (typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
