• Lead project planning and execution for software implementations
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• Facilitate change management and risk assessment
• Develop and maintain project documentation and workflows
• Engage in vendor management and procurement activities
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for project success
• Ensure compliance with security and data protocols

• 5‑7 years of experience in technical project management
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong skills in MS Office, Jira, and Smartsheet
• Experience in writing RFx, SOW, and contractual agreements
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Familiarity with midstream pipeline projects
• Experience with SharePoint and Jira
• Certifications in PMP, Product Owner, or SCRUM

• This position is onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote
