In this role, you'll manage and execute social media advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, helping clients from diverse industries reach their goals. • Lead onboarding, report, and check-in calls with clients for social media advertising
• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns via Ads Manager and Business Suite for clients across various sectors
• Beta test Linked In and Tik Tok ads for potential future expansion
• Compile and present campaign performance reports using Google Sheets and Slides
• Utilize Canva and Adobe platforms to design visually engaging presentations and reports
• Oversee a team of graphic designers to create dynamic social media ads, including reels, and ensure content is optimized for Facebook and Instagram feeds
• Develop campaign strategies aimed at boosting ROI and driving consistent month-over-month growth
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring quality control and accurate data tracking (including pixel setups and lookalike audiences)
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, captions, and other elements to improve campaign performance
• Cross training of Google Ads platforms

• 1+ years of experience in social media advertising (specifically Meta Ads)
• Familiarity with Adobe Express, Google tools, Reels Editing, , and Hub Spot
