Personal Lines Account Manager / Customer Service Representative

The Bradley Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager/Customer Service Rep. We are hiring a Full Time or Part Time Candidate. Salary + Commissions, and benefits. Flexible Hours if necessary. Mon - Thurs 8 am-5 pm, Fri 8 am-4:30 pm.
Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide customer service
• Ability to handle New and renewal submission
• Prior experience quoting, binding and issuing policies
• Day to day account service including changes, billing questions, claims
• Overall account management

• Property and Casualty License
• 3 years Personal lines account management
• Epic software experience preferred

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
