WHO WE WANT TO HIRE
We are seeking an experienced personal injury litigation attorney to lead our litigation department. The ideal candidate will handle all litigation cases to completion and collaborate with our leadership team to develop systems and processes for future litigation handling. Responsibilities:
Lead high-value personal injury cases through the litigation process, including trial and mediation preparation and attendance.Collaborate with the legal team to achieve optimal results for clients.Mentor junior attorneys and staff, sharing your litigation expertise.Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.Argue motions in court and represent clients in legal proceedings.Stay current with relevant statutes at all levels to provide accurate legal counsel.Conduct research and draft legal pleadings and motions.Prepare for and attend trials, mediations, and arbitrations on behalf of clients.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience managing personal injury cases, trials, and mediations.Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the State Bar.Bachelor’s degree and J.D. degree required.Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000 annually
