This is a hybrid role: remote day-to-day with periodic site visits as needed for meetings and inspections. New townhome community in Lakewood's thriving 40
Arts District looking for professional management services. Their declaration, bylaws, and 2026 budget are created and they have a vendor network already in place. Your primary focus will be management of the HOA: providing reports, coordinating communications and payments, organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with Consolidated Lakewood, CO regulations. Additional responsibilities include resolving resident concerns, overseeing property operations, maintaining budgets, and liaising with various stakeholders to enhance community satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You keep 100% of your negotiated monthly fee! Additional opportunity for tiered fee structure to reflect occupancy and compensate equitably for special projects.
Qualifications- Community management and property operations experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including budget management and regulatory compliance oversight.
- Communication and problem-solving skills to address community concerns effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with HOA industry standards and best practices is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with a team across a mostly remote workspace.
