The Manufacturing Operations Technician II is responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining the efficiency and quality of production lines. This position requires advanced technical expertise to troubleshoot complex equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality production operations while meeting the company’s cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, processes, and materials to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine adjustments and calibrations to equipment to maintain production standards and efficiency.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Analyze production data and trends to recommend improvements in manufacturing processes or workflows.
• Work with engineering teams to update processes and implement new production technologies.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, ensuring it operates at optimal capacity.
• Conduct repairs on malfunctioning or broken equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Maintain a log of maintenance and repair activities, documenting the reasons for downtime and corrective actions taken.

• Monitor production output to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Document quality control results and report any deviations, recommending corrective actions as needed.
