Hourly Pay Rate: $23.50-$41.50 (plus overnight differential) (based on experience and skill level). Full time and Part time positions available.

We are a privately owned, AAHA‑accredited, 26,000 sq ft specialty and emergency hospital located at the base of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility includes a 2,500 sq ft ICU featuring Snyder units and high‑flow oxygen therapy, designed to support our most critical patients. We also offer a newly expanded, four‑suite surgery center and an on‑site blood bank to support advanced procedures and trauma care.

Additional highlights include specialty procedure suites, a full imaging center with CT, and cutting‑edge technology such as 4D echocardiography, fluoroscopy, laparoscopy, and laser therapy.

Here, you’ll work side‑by‑side with board‑certified specialists and experienced ER doctors in an environment that values integrity, growth, and compassion. As a vital member of our ER/ICU team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting compassionate, high‑quality care for critically ill and emergent patients. This position is ideal for a compassionate, highly skilled, and curious individual who thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and wants to make a difference every single day.

You’ll use your expertise to: triage and stabilize emergencies, manage hospitalized ICU cases, and assist with procedures such as catheter placement, laceration repair, oxygen therapy (including high‑flow), thoracocentesis, and so much more.

Required: Current RVT License and Registration with DORA.
Preferred: College (AS/BS/BA).
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year’s experience as an RVT, preferably in an ER or ICU setting.
Preferred: BLS/ALS CPR certifications.

Typical schedule:

4 x 10‑hour shifts or 3 x 12‑hour shifts (based on primary ER or ICU).

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, and be on your feet for long periods
• Operate medical and office equipment
• Work around biological hazards and cleaning agents
• Communicate clearly in noisy environments
