Job Description
We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income.
What You’ll Do- Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Close deals and earn an activation bonus plus monthly commissions and long‑term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn six figures plus annually
- Residual income – get paid monthly on your active accounts

Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
