The Account Executive drives new business revenue generation on a monthly basis. Together with the team, you will establish the foundation for company‑wide success through prospecting, relationship building, and custom insurance solutions.

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 – $90,000, varying based on performance. Uncapped new business commissions and year‑over‑year renewal commissions create passive earnings that can exponentially increase annualized income. Top performers qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
