About the RoleWere looking for a driven coachable tech-savvy individual to support our top-performing sales executive in a full-time Sales Support Apprenticeship role. This is a one-year hands-on opportunity to learn high-level sales from the insideby working shoulder-to-shoulder with an expert in the field.
Youll operate as an extension of our sales leader learning how to strategize manage deals coordinate meetings handle follow-ups and get things over the finish line. Its a high-impact fast-paced role that gives you access to real training real mentorship and real growth no fluff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide real-time support to the sales leader across day-to-day sales functions
- Track and coordinate meetings calls emails and outreach follow-ups
- Prepare presentations materials and CRM updates
- Actively anticipate whats needed to help deals move forward
- Learn and observe the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Based in Lakewood NJ and available to be on-site daily
- A fast learner with strong tech skills and sharp instincts
- Confident clear communicator with a hustlers mindset
- No formal sales experience neededbut you must bring drive and commitment
- Hungry to grow contribute and eventually step into a sales role of your own
