*** Knock doors, build trust, and connect with homeowners
* Inspect roofs for storm damage
* Help guide clients through the insurance claim process
* Close deals and change lives
* Track progress in CRM and keep projects moving

** Who We’re Looking For

* Professional in appearance and communication
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

*** Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
* Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
* Smartphone with camera and app capability
* Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners
* Able to attend company trainings and meetings
* Willing to knock doors and self-generate leads
* Clean, professional appearance (no visible facial/neck tattoos or excessive piercings)
* Sales experience helpful, but not required — we’ll train you to win
* Training Bonus to get you started
* Commission Per Job: $1,500–$3,500 per completed sale
* Uncapped Pay + Bonuses + Incentives
* Annual Company Trip for top producers
* Full W2 Role: 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance
* Expected Income: $60,000–$120,000+ — top reps earn more
