Inner Parish Security Corporation, IPSC is recruiting Unarmed security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team in Lakewood.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour, paid every week.

Shift Schedules:

Shift Times:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Friday-Sunday: 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm

Shift Times:

• Friday-Sunday: 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm

• Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:00pm
• Friday-Sunday: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Parking Lot Patrol Candidates must be at least 25 years old, have a valid Driver's License, and a clean Driving Record.

We now offer Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings on demand.

Prior law enforcement, military, or 1 year of security experience is a plus; training and uniform will be provided to the right candidate.

You will help prevent and deter crime by:

• Performing regular and random patrols of premises
• Reporting security incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Performing control procedures when necessary
• Operating emergency equipment
• Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports
• Investigating breaches of property

You must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Sound communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, 7 days a week
• Reliable transportation
• Active cellphone
• At least 21 years old
• Clean criminal background
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform routine foot patrols

Physical and Mental

Job Requirements:

• Effective communication skills, especially in emergencies
• Ability to read and interpret written information
• Ability to operate a vehicle if required
• Ability to detect sounds relevant to emergencies
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist-high
• Good mental health and decision-making skills in emergencies
• Meet state licensing requirements for security officers
