SNI Companies has partnered with our client to recruit a Guest Services Coordinator to support housing services. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily residential operations, supporting residents’ needs, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of shelter and supportive services.
Principle Duties:

• Welcome and assist guests entering the shelter, providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Complete required paperwork and process resident property in compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Promote housing stability by identifying resident needs and connecting clients with appropriate resources and services.
• Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall wellbeing of the shelter facility.
• Coordinate resident activities, programs, and engagement opportunities to encourage community and participation.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely, detailed data entry and documentation.
• Support program goals through specialized services, including housing assistance, employment resources, legal services, and benefits navigation.

• Associate’s degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in human services.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience working in human services or a related support role.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
