We’re seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our growing tax practice. This role is ideal for a tax professional ready to take on greater ownership, managing engagements, mentoring staff, and building long-term client relationships, while continuing to grow technically and professionally.

• Own client engagements from planning through delivery
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Gain exposure to complex tax and accounting matters
• Participate in business development, networking, and firm growth initiatives
• Work in a collaborative environment with clear paths for advancement

• 2+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong technical foundation in tax and accounting
• Ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and budgets
• Professional, confident communicator with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Excel, Quick Books, and accounting/tax software

• Prepare and review technically accurate work with minimal manager review
• Plan, schedule, and manage engagements to meet deadlines efficiently
• Supervise, train, and coach staff to ensure quality and timeliness
• Manage engagement logistics, including planning, budgeting, work papers, and final deliverables
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development efforts
• Participate in networking and community involvement activities
• Adhere to firm policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team and firm goals
