What's the Role?We are looking for a Licensed
Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be a crucial point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the initial application through loan qualification. You'll be the organizational backbone of the team, working behind the scenes to help our clients and partners succeed.
- Client Communication:
Conduct initial calls with new clients to review goals and explain our process. Provide support throughout the process, including guiding them through application instructions. - Document Management:
Scrub and review client applications, follow up on necessary documents, and organize and save borrower files. - Loan
Qualification:
Assess if a borrower qualifies for a loan or if a co-mortgagor is required. When a client qualifies, complete a pre-approval letter (PAL) on the same day as the application is received, when necessary. - Team Support:
Coordinate with real estate agents and buyers, scheduling calls for senior team members as needed. Track and manage leads and provide status reports to the team. - Administrative Tasks:
Proactively follow up with leads via phone and email, and handle other administrative duties to keep the team organized and efficient.
- Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and real estate agents. - Organization:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Teamwork:
Flexible and proactive team player who is self-motivated and enjoys helping others succeed. - Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all client personal and financial information. - Technical
Skills:
Tech-savvy, willing to learn new systems, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment. Able to stay calm under pressure. - Experience:
Previous experience in mortgage or real estate is a plus but not required. We value quick learners who can figure things out.

CompensationPay Range: $50,000–$55,000 plus bonus.
