Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr (based on skills & experience)

• Be the friendly face of our community, welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist residents, staff, and guests with inquiries and administrative needs.
• Manage clerical duties, including mail processing, supply inventory, and record‑keeping.
• Help coordinate facility tours and share information with prospective residents.
• Maintain security by screening visitors and following check‑in procedures.

• Strong customer service skills – you love making people feel welcome.
• Excellent communication & phone etiquette.
• A natural people person.
• Organized & detail‑oriented – multitasking is your strength.
• Experience in hospitality, front desk, guest services, or senior living is a plus.
