Registered Dental Assistant role at Chord Specialty Dental Partners

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000

Pay: Up to $31 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:45 am‑5 pm; occasional Sunday shifts

Location: Lakewood, New Jersey

• Work in a kid‑friendly environment.
• Provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; position instruments for the dentist’s access; suction; pass instruments.
• Provide diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies.
• Prepare the treatment room for the patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Provide materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth.
• Follow OSHA, Infection Control, and other standards for protection against blood‑borne pathogens.
• Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA Guidelines (scrubbing, packing, running through Statim or autoclave).

• Graduate of an approved Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) program.
• Current X‑ray certification in New Jersey.
• CPR certified.
• Ability to work with children in New Jersey, as determined through a national FBI background check.
